The Google Fonts catalog is intended to enable font discovery and exploration for fonts to use on your website.
The open source fonts in the Google Fonts catalog are published under licenses that allow you to use them on any website, whether it’s commercial or personal.
You can use these fonts freely in your products & projects – print or digital, commercial or otherwise. However, you can’t sell the fonts on their own.
You don’t need to download Google fonts to use them on your website, but you can download fonts to add to graphic artwork or just use on their own.
Simply create a selection of fonts, open the drawer at the bottom of the screen, then click the “Download” icon in the upper-right corner of the selection drawer. You can download the fonts to use in mock-ups, documents, or locally on your machine.
